Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Sat Gambit account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do this.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your in-game progress — satellites, modules, cosmetics, gambits, server membership, and inventory — will be lost and cannot be restored.
Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Sat Gambit and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account panel.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted immediately. Associated gameplay records become inaccessible and are removed from active databases according to our retention policy (see the Privacy Policy).
If you see a "re-authentication required" message, sign out, sign back in, and try again. This is a Firebase security requirement for sensitive operations.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (for example, you've already uninstalled it, or you can no longer sign in), email us:
To:
arasworkshop36@gmail.com
Subject: Sat Gambit account deletion request
Body: The email address you signed up with,
and (optionally) your in-game username.
Send the request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify it is yours. We will process the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Firebase Authentication account (email and authentication tokens).
- Player profile (username, avatar, cosmetics).
- Game state (satellites, modules, inventory, gambits, boosts).
- Server membership and per-server records.
- Push notification tokens.
What may be retained
Anonymised diagnostic data (crash reports, aggregate analytics events) may be retained according to the Firebase defaults — up to 14 months for analytics and 90 days for Crashlytics non-fatal reports. This data is not linked to your identity once your account is deleted.
Records we are required to keep by law (for example, billing records for in-app purchases) are retained for the legally required period and then deleted.
